The National Gallery of Denmark offers a fantastic children's Museum. Here you can participate in various workshops and activities and every weekend at 13 o' clock the children can participate in a children's tour (free of charge).
The Museum also houses an nice restaurant/Café that is worth a visit. You can't bring your own stroller but you can borrow one at the entrance.
