Dyrehaven & Bakken, Klampenborg

A little bit north of Copenhagen you find an old and wonderful park/ forest Dyrehaven. It's situated in Klampenborg and was the Royal hunting ground and today a popular recreational area for activities like picnics and animal watching. Dyrehaven is a beautiful mixture of grassy areas and forest. You can go for a walk, take a horse carriage or go to the amusement park called Bakken with many fun things for small children and adults. Here you will find many restaurants with traditional Danish food, many with kids menus. Take the S-train to Klampenborg.
