This is the essence of summer: Strawberries & Ice cream/ Milk / Cream....Two ingredients that suits each other and something that our family enjoys (a lot:).
It's so easy: We just blend strawberries, milk and vanilla ice cream (of good quality).

It must be a parents worst nightare...to loose a child out of sight. With summer just around the corner, these adorable little i.d bracelets are such a great idea! Just to give parents an extra little piece of mind...
You can choose what to have engraved on both sides of the sterling silver bar and select from 12 vibrant colours. The bracelets are secured with knotted cord and can’t be easily removed so there is no chance of them falling off while running around or swimming in the sea. Find them right here.

Today is my little boy's 1 year birthday. The first birthday is always very special, at least for the parents:) I know I usualy get oh so emotional:) Well, the sun is shining and we will be celebrating all day. Have a lovely day everybody.
I love the Crumpled City Junior Map by italian Palomar group, which is a map carefully thought out for kids and their families! Made of a special material, Crumpled City Junior Maps are soft, extremely light, ultra resistant and 100% waterproof. I especially love the fact that they can be handed roughly as well as crumpled up into a ball and chucked away in a rucksack, without the worry of folding them. They come with unique drawings making them easy to look up as well as captivating to the eyes of the youngsters. Perfect for the next vacation, don't you think? Can be purchased right here.
Yummi, this is what we did yesterday! Friday afternoon was grey and rainy, so it seemed to be the perfect time for a chocolate/sugar/fruit spree:) Besides bananas we also used strawberrys. Also we made some extra banana pops to put in the fridge, so that the kids can enjoy a cold banana pop today - it almost tastes like banana ice cream:) I found the beautiful picture by Bakers Royale.
