A couple of weeks ago we received a sweet, sweet gift from the talented Nynne Rosenvinge. Nynne Rosenvinge is a Copenhagen-based passionated artist with an exceptional drive to create. Her paintings and illustrations are caractherised by being quite minimalistic, often non-figurative and contemporary.
What characterises her art technique is that she often integrates elements/paint structure from her paintings with her illustrations (and vice versa) creating a unique and personal expression.We absolutely adore Nynne Rosenvinge's style which we think is perfect for children's rooms as well as for the rest of your home.

New Kid's Furniture Small-design

I have just discovered this new children's furniture brand Small-design, which shows Danish design when it's best. The chairs, tables are all in functional design, cute colors and fine materials. Small Design is created by two Danish designers and all furniture are Produced in Denmark right outside Copenhagen. I really love the cirkel table and chairs....At the moment, you can see and try the Small Design furniture at the Pop Up Shop in Fields in Copenhagen (on the first floor). These firniture invite for a lot of fun and many special moments.

xo-in my room is a fantastic children's furniture brand from Barcelona, a venture of three brothers. The brothers have come together after working on their own for some time and with the experience of raising up ten children in total, they know what is functional design. XO-in my room resumes their passion for well designed furniture, made of quality materials and creative finishings. Handmade with love and care. The pieces are not just furniture, they are almost small pieces of art if you ask me, I luv' the combination of esthetics and functionality. I love when furniture are both aesthetic and functional at the same time. The Collection ´KID´ from the French duo Agnes et Agnes is just that! It took five years in the making and the result is stunning - a new take on the traditional desk, toybox, bedside table and book case. Using simple birch plywood and coloured cubes they have deconstructed the elements of each piece and put them back together. It's now up to you to combine the elements according to your needs. Cool.
